We all have our own story. My own personal and professional journey has led me to become passionate about Food, Health and Wellbeing.  I absolutely love what I do, as I know the impact that eating healthily and understanding what was going on in my own body has done for me. 

My wellness journey began in 2005, when I woke up essentially disabled. It was this dramatic health scare that propelled health and fitness to the forefront of my life and quickly became my passion.

Science is now showing us that health and happiness can be profoundly affected by our diet and lifestyle choices, with the aim of balancing hormones and optimising digestion.

I work directly with testing companies, offering a range of functional tests that we can utilise to help give you an in depth look at your Hormones, Toxins and Nutrient Levels for a clearer insight into what we can work on.

Alongside my years of training in Nutritional Therapy, I also use aspects of Health & Wellness coaching to support any changes recommended so that you feel motivated!

Unlike other nutritional therapy packages, I ensure that I work with my clients for a minimum of three months, as this is how long it takes for the body to rebalance. I follow the principles of Functional Medicine and so my aim is to get to the root cause of my clients’ issues. I treat everyone as an individual, as we are all different and have different sets of circumstances.


Yoga is a form of exercise based on the belief that the body and breath are intimately connected with the mind. By controlling the breath and holding the body in steady asanas (poses), yoga creates harmony.

These asanas (poses) can:

  • Release muscle tension

  • Stretch and tone muscles

  • Lubricate joints

  • Massage internal organs

  • Increase circulation 

  • Aid in weight control
